Return Eligibility

Returned items must:

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Products showing signs of misuse or physical damage.

• Items returned without prior authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Procedure

2. Receive return authorization.

3. Ship the approved return.

4. Inspection of returned item.

5. Refund or replacement issued.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Bank processing times may vary.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Products will be replaced only if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or shipped incorrectly.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order enters fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
